Principal

The Principal is the head of the institution and is responsible for overall administration and academic leadership. He supervises teaching, examinations, discipline, and development activities while ensuring compliance with university and AICTE regulations. The Principal coordinates with staff, students, and management to maintain quality education and institutional growth.

Dean of Academics

The Dean of Academics manages all academic activities including academic calendars, timetables, syllabus completion, internal assessments, and examinations. He works closely with HODs to maintain academic quality, implement curriculum updates, and improve student learning outcomes.

Chairman

The Chairman is the highest authority in institutional management. He formulates long-term vision, policies, infrastructure plans, and development strategies. The Chairman ensures financial stability, appoints key officials, and guides the institution toward academic excellence and reputation building.

Vice-Chairman

The Vice-Chairman assists the Chairman in administrative and policy matters. He helps implement management decisions and supervises important areas such as finance, infrastructure, and institutional development while ensuring continuity of administration.

Secretary & Correspondent

The Secretary & Correspondent acts as the bridge between management and college administration. He manages official communications with universities, government authorities, and regulatory bodies while overseeing records, approvals, affiliations, and administrative operations.

Treasurer

The Treasurer is responsible for financial management including budgeting, monitoring expenditure, maintaining accounts, and ensuring transparency in financial operations. He allocates resources for salaries, infrastructure, and institutional development projects.

Vice-Principal

The Vice-Principal supports the Principal in day-to-day academic and administrative activities. He supervises discipline, attendance, faculty coordination, and student affairs while ensuring smooth functioning of classes and institutional operations.

Heads of Departments (HODs)

Manages programming, software, AI, data science, and IT-related education while encouraging coding skills, innovation, projects, and placements.

Supervises electronics, communication systems, VLSI, and embedded systems while promoting practical learning and industry collaboration.

Handles Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English to build strong technical and communication foundations for engineering students.

Oversees management education including finance, marketing, HR, operations, seminars, internships, leadership training, and entrepreneurship development.
